About
For nearly 20 years, Jamie Foley has masterfully curated home interiors – from elegant Chicago apartments to vacation homes in the mountains of Aspen, Colorado.
Based in Chicago, her roster of projects also has included a historic home in Boston, lake houses in Wisconsin, Michigan, Upstate New York and Maine and a mid-century modern home in Austin, Texas.
Partnering with her clients, Jamie guides them through the design process by exploring their personal aesthetic and incorporating functional elements to create timeless spaces. Her relationship with her clients is her biggest priority when designing a home.
Jamie is inspired by possibilities. Her designs don’t have a signature look. While Jamie owns a mid-century modern home and loves incorporating vintage pieces into her projects, her aesthetic won't drive what she does for you. She never pushes her own style on clients. Instead, she meets homeowners where they are and designs spaces based on how they live and what resonates with them.
During her collaborative design process, Jamie invokes the expertise of talented tradespeople – including millworkers, artists, and metal workers – to catalyze creativity and help transform spaces. Sourcing materials and products from local, small businesses ensures that her designs have high-quality artisan touches.
Born and raised in Colorado, Jamie has wanted to be a designer since she was little. She was raised going to designer showhouses and art museums, honing her sense of style and aesthetic education at a very early age.
Jamie started her interior design career in high school when she worked in a design studio owned by her mother’s friend. She worked for boutique luxury design firms in Colorado and Illinois before opening her own firm in Chicago.
